FAHY, Philomena (Phyllis) (née Diver) – passed away peacefully on 18th October 2018 at her home in the loving care of her family and friends.

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Michael, son Tony, daughters Marie, Brenda and Geraldine, her sons-in-law Fergal, Gerry and Donie, daughter-in-law Lisa, grandchildren, great granddaughter, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at Dignity Chapel, Portumna Retirement Village (H53 TF88) on Friday, 19th October from 5 pm until 7 pm followed by removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Portumna. Funeral Mass for Phyllis will take place on Saturday, 20th October at 11 am. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in Calvary Cemetery.
