GAELIC LIFE reports that former Antrim managerial candidate Gearoid Adams has confirmed to the paper that he would be open to an approach regarding the vacant senior manager’s position in Fermanagh.

The St John’s man, who was an integral part of Liam Bradley’s backroom team in the Saffron county during the 2012 season, missed out on managing his home county last year when he lost out to Frank Dawson in the race for the hot-seat.

Adams’s name was not on the list of nominees for the Saffron job for 2014, but following a number of enquiries by Fermanagh clubs, the former county defender admits that he could be willing to speak with officials in the Erne county.
