As a result, they have won two world marmalade awards in the past 12 months! They work hard too, selling at vintage fairs, National Trust venues, craft shows, country living fairs. Stocked in outlets at home and abroad, Baked in Belfast also distribute globally thanks to their eBay shop and e-commerce enabled website.

Seriously Juicy specialises in juices made with 100 percent fresh fruit and vegetables providing a juicing detox service, which can be delivered fresh and free of charge anywhere in Ireland. The company offers three or five day detox drinks programmes and target all ages and professions. Their products can be found in gyms, local shops and chemists with the order book expanding rapidly. They buy all their supplies locally and have been working with the Agri Food and Bio Sciences Institute in Belfast to expand the shelf life of their product, which will create export possibilities.

Tickety Moo is an ice cream manufacturing business for wholesale and retail scooping shops. They produce fresh milk from their own farm and create ice cream using the latest technology, which includes a robotic milking system that milks the cows automatically, 24 hours a day! With 18 flavours displayed at any one time, Tickety Moo also sell their wholesale offering to higher end hotels and restaurants. With an on site shop and another in Rossnowlagh, there’s also three mobile units on the go for events like agricultural shows, garden parties, private parties and fun days.   HOW TO VOTE: Select the relevant tick box below and click vote.
