At 16 years of age, he set up his own car wash business and at 20 he moved on and launched Total Cleaning Services, which his father operates today. From an early age, Nicky Cassidy showed entrepreneurial talents many just dream off and today he’s fulfilling his dream of operating a successful group business as owner of the Westville Group.

In 2002, Nicky purchased the Bush Bar and totally renovated it into a bar, restaurant and nite club, closely followed by the hotel premises on Tempo Road which was renovated into the Westville Hotel and this year he is still adding to his business with 12 apartments for luxury self catering accommodation with a second phase planned soon. The group also owns the Crowes Nest Bar, restaurant and nite club.

It’s clear, this entrepreneur has even bigger plans for the future.

Paul and Shane Molloy opened Molloy’s Fish Market on Belmore Street, Enniskillen in April 2012. Coming from Killybegs, the two brothers originate from a background steeped in the fish industry with the family business originally established in 1968 by Conal Snr.

Their state of the art processing facility is located in Ireland’s premier fishing port, Killybegs. This location ensures they have the freshest selection of seafood daily and only the finest quality seafood reaches their customers.

They combine passion for natural, traditional processes such as hand filleting with modern production techniques like their custom designed smoking facilities.

Since the Belmore Street shop opened in April 2012 they have secured the fish counter in Tesco, Enniskillen and are also working on new product development and exploring cooked fish options such as: fish cakes, chowders and stocks.

Work Appearance NI is a business aimed at the outdoor person e.g. Tradesmen & Farmers selling workwear from its shop and online.

Declan McAvinue is the owner and started the business at the age of 20 in June 2012 by selling on eBay and going out directly to farmers.

He has a huge passion for this business and dreams for the business to become a household name. There is a whole new generation of farmers coming up now and Declan certainly hopes that his business will just be a click away when a hole comes in those wellies or leggings.
