Warning of disruption to town water supply

NI WATER are currently carrying out works to improve and upgrade water supply infrastructure in Enniskillen town centre in advance of public realm work to be undertaken by the Council.
This week a spokesman for NI Water commented on the progress of their present works.
“NI Water have carried out preparation work in early June to progress the main project by the end of June, early July. Work is progressing as planned.
“NI Water will endeavour to keep any interruptions to water supply to a minimum.
“If necessary, we will provide advanced notification of seven days for commercial businesses and 48hrs for domestic properties for all planned interruptions to water supply lasting more than 1 hour.”
The spokesman added that efforts will be made to keep disruption to a minimum and the local community will be informed as the work progresses.
NI Water have previously outlined that work will be carried out on the following streets: Church Street, High Street, Town Hall Street, East Bridge Street, Belmore Street, Wesley Street, Market Street, Paget Square, The Diamond, Eden Street, Regal Pass, Clinton Centre, Wellington Road and Queen Elizabeth Road.
