PLAN FOR NEW CINEMA AND LEISURE COMPLEX

A MAJOR multi-million pounds leisure complex could give social life in Fermanagh a much-needed fillip – provided it gets the go-ahead from planners.
The development, which could include a multi-screen cinema, restaurants, drive-through fast food and coffee outlets as well as a 65-bed hotel, is planned for the former Unipork site just off Enniskillen’s Cornagrade Road near the Cherrymount roudabout.
The proposed development, which if approved, could create dozens of full and part-time jobs, was listed for discussion at a council meeting in Enniskillen yesterday evening. 
With the council now notified of the proposed development, later this month public opinion will also be sought on the development of a cinema, retail and leisure complex.
