IT’S BACK…Discover Fermanagh Open Weekend returns for its 6th year and again our local visitor attractions are kicking off the season by opening their doors for FREE over the weekend, 1-3 March 2019.

Supported by Fermanagh & Omagh District Council and Fermanagh Lakeland Tourism, the Discover Fermanagh Open Weekend, is the perfect opportunity to rediscover and experience Fermanagh’s finest visitor attractions and activities, FREE of charge.

To help get you started, we have highlighted some of events taking place over the weekend – there is something for everyone; Enjoy FREE guided tours of Belleek Pottery on Friday 1 March and see for yourself the craft and attention to detail that goes into every piece produced. The Visitor Centre is also open to visitors on 2 & 3 March.

On Saturday 2 March enjoy a FREE guided Spiritual Tour of Enniskillen. The tour starts at Enniskillen Castle at 10.30am and will introduce you to the history and churches of the town.

Discover historic Fermanagh with a visit to Enniskillen Castle for FREE on 2 & 3 March – home to Fermanagh County Museum and The Inniskillings Museum, visitors can also enjoy seven galleries which tell the story of the local area from prehistoric to modern times. The Castle Café will also be open over the weekend offering delicious home bakes and treats.

Climb 108 steps up Cole’s Monument on 2 & 3 March for FREE, to admire breath-taking views of Enniskillen and the surrounding area.
