Date set for murder case

THE MAN accused of murdering Pauline Kilkenny in Belcoo last month has had his case adjourned until the new year.
Joseph Dolan (28) whose address was given as Cornacully Road, Belcoo appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday via videolink from Maghaberry Prison. He is charged with the murder of Ms Kilkenny on a date unknown between November 6th and November 14th.
At court on Monday a spokesman for the Public Prosecution Service (PPS) said had been identified as part of the ‘indictable cases process’ (ICP), meaning it will be fast-tracked.
The PPS spokesman asked for the case to be adjourned as there are number of items still outstanding, such as statements and transcripts of interviews.
District Judge Michael Ranaghan agreed to adjourn the case until January 7th.
