THE brand new Fermanagh GAA jersey goes on sale today!
The jersey was worn for the first time by the senior team on Sunday in the Allianz football league opener which seen Fermanagh confidently defeat Wexford at Brewster Park.
The new home strip is once again manufactured by O’Neills, and the new design of green with a white trimming around the sides, sleeves and collar gives the jersey a fresh look. The Tracey Concrete logo, the longest standing GAA sponsorship in Ireland, remains proudly on the front.
Following a useful McKenna Cup campaign and the first win of the league under their belt, the Erne county jersey could be a sell out as fans hope for a successful season under Gallagher and a trip to Croker!
Fermanagh’s biggest fan Father Brian D’arcy returned to his home county for the start of the league campaign and approves of the new jersey. The jersey has also been given the seal of approval from many supporters with some taking to Twitter and Facebook to call it ‘the nicest kit in a long time.’
The jersey which hits the shelves in O’Neills in Enniskillen today (Wednesday) was launched last weekend by manager Rory Gallagher, Che Cullen and Captain Eoin Donnelly.
