Court

Enniskillen Court House RMG10

A 36-year-old woman has been given a probation order for disorderly behaviour on the Twelfth of July.
Sonia Chittick of Chanterhill Lodge in Enniskillen appeared before Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday to face the charge.
The court heard that at 4.45pm on July 12th, police were on patrol on Main Street in Lisbellaw where the main Co. Fermanagh Orange demonstration had been held. They observed Chittick standing outside the Wild Duck Inn who was shouting and swearing at members of the public. She was asked by police several times to calm down but failed to do so and was arrested for disorderly behaviour in a public place.
After reading the pre-sentence report, District Judge Nigel Broderick said he would impose a 12 month probation order and warned the defendant to comply with all instructions of probation services.
