Glenarm salmon and Killybeg’s sea bass will keep fish lovers happy, while the carnivores can enjoy the famous produce of Kettyle Irish beef, with both fillet and sirloin samples available on the day.

For those who enjoy something sweet, the team will be sharing tasters of their chocolate delice, lemon tart and raspberry cre?me brulee. And finally, no Wedding Open Day is complete without canape?s including smoked salmon mousse and duck confit.
