Sara graduated from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh and qualified with a degree in Urban Planning and Property Development and has introduced a modern twist to the company, and is excited to use her wide knowledge of the property market here in Fermanagh.

“I have been here a few weeks, and we have revamped the office, with new furniture and a very fresh look. We are now in a state of the art office and we have made big changes.” “Over the past 18 months, things have started to pick up in the property market as house prices are starting to increase and we are finding that we are getting a lot of investment from the East of the province which is great to see.”

“Fermanagh is a great retirement place, and people are relocating to the area to downsize. The property market in Fermanagh is definitely moving in a positive direction, as there are several new housing developments under construction which is fantastic to see,” explained Sara.
