Appeal after dog killed by passing motorist

The incident occurred on the Tempo Road near Breandrum Cemetery

 
Police in Enniskillen are hunting the driver of a car after a dog was struck by a passing motorist and killed. 
The incident occurred last Tuesday, April 4th at around 3:30pm as a lady was walking her dog on the Tempo Road in the vicinity of Breandrum Cemetery. Police say that unfortunately the dog was struck and killed by a passing motorist who stopped very briefly before moving on. Officers say they are keen to identify the vehicle and persons involved and are asking witnesses to contact them on 101.
