Fermanagh manager Pete McGrath face division 1 opposition in the qualifiers

Fermanagh’s reward for seeing off Wexford in the first round of the qualifiers is a glamour tie against first division opposition.

Pete McGrath’s men were paired off with Mayo in the draw on RTE Radio 1 this morning. Stephen Rochford’s men were sensationally dumped out of the Connacht championship by Galway in their first defeat in the province since 2010.

The Ernesiders are down to travel to Castlebar, but they will do so with great momentum following their 0-19 to 1-11 victory over the Slaneysiders.
