Employing a full or part-time administrator can be an issue for small and medium sized businesses, maybe they have a short term project they need help with or they do not want the hassle and cost of hiring staff, then there is the time it takes to get the right person.

There are so many reasons why working with a Virtual Assistant can be the answer to many of these problems that Business owners face.

With over 17 years’ experience working as an Administrator and IT Trainer, Ann-Marie Murphy decided this year to start her own business Active Office Support and is providing support to business owners and professionals both locally and in the UK.

“I have found that people like the fact that my services are flexible, they are not tied to an employment contract and can book as many hours as they need. Most of my clients are sole traders or entrepreneurs but I also work with medium sized businesses, alongside existing admin staff” Ann-Marie said.

Ann-Marie works from a fully equipped office at her home meaning that clients do not need to provide an office or equipment for an administrator. Although Active Office Support is a Virtual Assistant business they are unique in that Ann-Marie can work from a local clients premise if they prefer.

Administration support is just one of the services available, Ann-Maries extensive experience working as a Project Administrator and IT Trainer enables her to make a real difference to businesses by offering training and introduction of Office Procedures and admin systems.
