Police investigate Belcoo site break-in

Police are investigating after a site in Belcoo was targeted by theives.

The theft of five plant batteries from machinery at a site on the Carrontreemall Road took place at the end of last week.

Police have said that the incident took place between 5pm on Thursday June 4 and 7am the following morning (Friday June 5).

A police spokesman said: “The site was entered and 5 plant batteries were stolen from machinery which was parked at the site. The site was entered and exited via a point on the Carrontreemall Road.”

Constable McNally added: “I would appeal to anyone who may have noticed anyone or any vehicles acting suspiciously in the area to contact Police at Enniskillen on the non-emergency number 101. Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
