Fermanagh Ladies County Board have confirmed that Aidy Little has been appointed the new senior ladies manager.
Little was assistant to Lisa Woods during Fermanagh’s memorable run to last year’s All-Ireland Intermediate final against Down.
Woods stepped down last month after stating she had lost the backing of the dressing room.
“The girls felt they wanted a change and they weren’t willing to work underneath mee any more. That was the final straw,” said Woods speaking to the Fermanagh Herald shortly after her resignation.
Little is brother of Fermanagh stars Caroline and Sharon and is husband of highly-rated centre back Tara Little.
The Lisnaskea man’s first focus will be the Ulster intermediate championship final against on Antrim on 26th July in Clones.
