SHIELD… Goalscorer Ciaran Smith in action earlier in the week
FERMANAGH’S premier side came out on top in the Milk Cup shield competition today (Friday, August 1).
Derek Sharpe’s side overcame Otago by one goal to nil.
A Ciaran Smith penalty was the deciding factor, with the side holding on to their lead after an end to end final 10 minutes.
In the junior section, Fermanagh lost to Santa Marta de Liray by two goals to one in the Medallion 3rd and 4th place play-off.
