Entries are being taken for the first Knocks duathlon on Bank Holiday Sunday.
The event on August 24, begins at 5.00pm with entries being taken at the Community Hall from 2.30 pm.

There’s plenty to do afterwards too with a barbecue which starts at 7.30pm and music at 9.00 pm.
You can enter as a single competitor or as a team. Cost is £15 for a single competitor or £20 per team.
