Police investigate shots fired at Lisnaskea police station

POLICE are investigating after reports that shots had been fired at Lisnaskea police station yesterday evening (December 23).

The shots are believed to have been fired at around 8pm.

DUP MLA Arlene Foster said that the shots had been fired with ‘automatic gunfire’.

Justice Minister David Ford tweeted: “Those who tried to kill police officers in Lisnaskea are to be condemned. They have nothing positive to offer.”
