A FERMANAGH based business is celebrating this week after scooping one of Ireland’s most prestigious Marketing Excellence Awards.
On Thursday November 7 the online party brand HenorStag.com was announced outright winner of ‘Best Marketing and Sales’ in the category of ‘Destination Tourism and Hospitality Industry’ at the distinguished ‘Chartered Institute of Marketing’s all-Ireland Marketing Excellence Awards’ (CIM Awards).
Winning was certainly no mean feat for the new online start-up which is aimed at the highly lucrative hen and stag market.
Judges were particularly impressed with the execution of the HenorStag.com brand launch despite their small budget.
Specific reference was given to the novel website features including a free hen and stag party planning facility which connects with Facebook.
Commenting on the news Belcoo man Jonathan Gallagher (29) Co-Founder of HenorStag.com stated: “We are absolutely thrilled to be in business only eight months and now hold claim to having won Ireland’s most credible tourism marketing award”.
Jonathan was in Berlin when the exciting news broke. His mother Fiona Gallagher and Advertising intern Nicola Byers from Ballinamallard collected the award on his and Liverpool-based business partner Sean Carty’s behalf.
