NATHAN Carter will be the headline act at some of the top festivals across Ireland and the UK next month as the Liverpudlian prepares to release some new and exciting songs and material.
The Enniskillen resident will kick-off his festival tours on Sunday, June 8, when he will take centre stage in Mayo at the much-anticipated and hugely popular ‘Bally Hean Goes Country Festival’.
Carter has an action-packed summer ahead, confirming he will be one of the main performers at the ‘Country Festivalurin 2025’ which is expected to attract hundreds to the Faroe Islands.
The hugely talented Liverpool singer will also perform at the ‘Royal Highland Hoolie’ in Edinburgh on Friday, June 13, and also at the popular ‘Shirley Summer Sesh’ in Belfast on Friday, June 27.
Carter has recently teased his fans that some new music will be on the way soon, after he shared that he has been working alongside the award-winning and renowned producer Guy Chambers.
“Guy’s co-written the album with me and he’s producing it so we’re hoping to get a single out this summer off that album and release the album towards the end of the year,” Carter explained.
“It’s a full original album, all brand new music so that’s very exciting. My own stuff is important to me so looking forward to seeing what people think of it.”
“I was a bit nervous at the start co-writing with someone who’s had so many big hits through the years but we get on really well and the album’s sounding great,” added Country star Carter.
“I’m absolutely delighted with the way it’s progressing so it’s exciting to be getting some brand new tracks out that I’ve co-written,” added the Country music star.
Carter is currently in the midst of his latest tour. The Enniskillen singer recently sold out the Millennium Forum in Derry and he also performed at the ‘Country Fest’ event in Monaghan.
