Fermanagh bridge closed until the end of the week

A FERMANAGH bridge that crosses Upper Lough Erne will be closed from today until the end of the week to facilitate essential repairs.

Local Cllr Adam Gannon has shared details of the closure of the Inishmore Road, which will be closed from 8am until 6pm everyday this week, from today Monday, April 28, until Friday, May 2. This is to allow for repairs to the metal parapet of the crossing.

“Just the section at the bridge will be closed so the rest of the road will be open,” said Cllr Gannon. “Please share with anyone who might be affected by the closure.”
