Claire transforms life with huge weight loss

Claire Carleton transformed her life by losing 4 stone 7.5lbs before falling pregnant with her son.
Now she is using her success to help others achieve their weight loss goals.
The local woman remained at Slimming World throughout her pregnancy and has just over a stone to lose in order to reach her target weight.
Claire has completed her training as a Slimming World consultant, after joining a group in Irvinestown two years ago and has now dropped from 14 stone 13lbs to 10 stone 5.5lbs.
She says, “it’s a privilege for me to be able to pass on the experience, insight and understanding that helped me, so that I can give my members the support they need to get to target.”
Figures reveal that around one in four adults are obese, with estimations showing that it will increase to one in three by 2034, making Claire’s role more important than ever.
“As someone who has lost weight, I know the challenges people can face, which is why, along with the group, I will be there to support every one of my members all the way to their chosen target weight,” she says.
Helen Gallagher manages Claire as team developer and believes she will make a positive impact on Slimming World members here in the local community.
“With Claire’s experience and her kind and warm personality, I just know that she’ll be an amazing support to members,” explains Helen.
Claire Carleton’s Slimming World will be held at the Killyhevlin Hotel every Monday at 5:30pm and 7:30pm from November 11th.
