Man arrested after house fire in Lisnaskea

Police have arrested a 46 year old man following  a house fire in the Killygullan Drive area of Lisnaskea.

The man was arrested for suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life, threats to kill and threats to damage property and is currently assisting Police with their enquiries.

The Fire and Rescue services were called to the scene around midnight last night, and three fire brigades attended the fire at a two storey detached house.

A man was rescued from the house and taken to hospital for smoke inhalation.
