The Belleek community has been left shocked and saddened by the death of a young local man in a tree-felling accident in Donegal.
Jonathan Gormley, who lived near Ballyshannon but was from a well-known family in the Fermanagh village, was working in the Meenadreen area of Donegal yesterday afternoon when the accident took place. The Health and Safety Authority are currently investigating the incident.
Jonathan, who was in his late 20s and was the father of two young children, will be laid to rest in Belleek this Thursday, Christmas Eve.
