Church holds Harvest Celebration

PETTIGO Presbyterian Church are holding a weekend of Harvest Celebration, in aid of the Church Organ Fund, from Saturday October 19 to Monday October 21. 

On Saturday the church will be open between 2pm and 5pm. Everyone can browse at their leisure around the various creative Harvest Displays before enjoying a ‘Harvest Apple Tea’ in the Church Hall.

There will also be a ‘Town Treasure Hunt’ (on foot) starting from the church, which is suitable for both adults and children to participate in, with completed answer sheets to be returned by 4pm.

On Sunday the church will also be open between 2pm and 5pm to give people another chance to view the various displays of flowers, fruit and vegetables ‘close up’.

Meanwhile the tempting Harvest Apple Teas will be served in the Church Hall.

The weekend will conclude with the Harvest Services on Sunday and Monday night at 7.30pm.   Everyone will be most welcome.
