FROM THIS weekend Castle Coole is the venue for the an autumn art exhibition where the late Jeremy Henderson is the featured artist.

The exhibition will feature paintings and ceramics from a wide range of artists, most of whom have roots in Fermanagh.

They include Denise Ferran, T.P Flanagan, Jeremy Henderson, Diane Henshaw, Katie James, Nicholas May, Ann McNulty, Cilla Patton and Richard

Pierce, a variety of artists who will ensure a diverse range of work that will add depth and interest to the exhibition.

An introduction to all of the artists and a preview of the art works on show at the Castle Coole Gallery is available online by visiting www.nationaltrust.org.uk/castlecoole.

All of the artwork being exhibited will be available for sale.

The exhibition will display two works from T.P. Flanagan, which the National Trust are pleased to exhibit as they will also host the upcoming launch of the book ‘T.P. Flanagan: Painter of Light and Landscape’, which details the career of one of the most respected artists in Ireland.

In addition to the artwork on display, there will also be a special range of local products sourced through Craft NI which will be on sale at the exhibition.

The range includes work from local textile designer Nicola Farrell, amongst a number of other talented crafters from the area.

The exhibition will be open daily from Saturday 21 September to Sunday 29 September from 11am to 4pm.

The Tallow House tearoom will also be open throughout the exhibition. The normal admission charge applies to the estate; National Trust members enjoy free entry.

All proceeds from the Castle Coole Gallery go towards the ongoing restoration of the Basement.
