The Visual and Performing Arts Faculty at Portora will host a night celebrating the work of the pupils.

It will take place on Thursday evening (May 2), at the school, and will include over 100 Portora pupils.

An exceptionally varied programme is planned: From the choir singing ‘The Lord’s Prayer’ in Swahili with African drum accompaniment, to reality TV drama ‘Kill Jill’’ to inspirational Moving Image films, not forgetting the brass band, and some Feis solo winners too.

Finally, ‘The Rocksters’ will rouse you from your seats to conclude what promises to be a fabulous celebration of the creative and performing arts at Portora.

bIt’s recommended that you arrive at 7pm, when you will be greeted by the pipe band and have an opportunity to view the GCSE and A Level art works, while enjoying some refreshments.

Tickets are £5 per adult, with free admission for Portora students.

Tickets are on sale now at the school. You can contact the school on 028 66 322658.
