Crust and Crumb Bakery

From pizzas to flatbreads Crust and Crumb Bakery, based in Derrylin, caters for all dough loving enthusiasts. Established in 2011 and employing 250 staff locally they currently provide products to the big-name supermarkets in Ireland and the UK.

The local outward focused firm are constantly looking for new markets with expansion potential, with a present desire to break into international markets. A key contributor to business success has been the company’s strong focus on customer service and keeping up to date with new product development trends.

 


 

Ispiri Wheels UK

Designing and manufacturing alloy wheels is an international business venture for local Kesh firm Ispiri Wheels UK. The company provides alloy wheels to the UK and Asia with aspirations to begin supplying the German and US markets in the future having secured a base in mainland Europe. Big plans are in the pipeline for the years ahead which will see the local business expand its operations.

 


 

Cavanagh Free Range Eggs

The family run business headed up by husband and wife team John and Eileen Hall continues to go from strength to strength. Cavanagh Free Range Eggs provide a wide range of businesses; from high end hotels to big brand supermarkets, the Merchant to Tesco, the company cater for all. With steady growth year on year the family run enterprise is in the midst of expanding. With more hens and more eggs new markets are also on the agenda, with the family duo setting their sights on the Hong Kong market.
