GRANNY Annie’s will play host to the Enniskillen leg of the Insanity Tan Miss Northern Ireland heats this Friday night, 13th April.
Last year, Hayley Leonard from Belcoo was chosen as ‘Miss Enniskillen’ and joining her in the final was Emma Hobson from Caledon who was crowned ‘Miss Devenish’.
Fermanagh has a strong tradition in the Miss NI competition with Judith Grey (nee Wilson) winning in 2008, Kirsty Stewart taking home the title in 2004 and Mary McCartney (nee McGonagle) being crowned back in 1993.
The Enniskillen heat is one of 13 regional heats scheduled to take place across the North and is open to young women aged between 17 and 24 to take over the crown from current Miss NI Anna Henry.
The gala final will be held on May 28th at the Europa Hotel and hosted by former Miss Northern Ireland and TV presenter Zoe Salmon. Prizes on the night include an all expenses trip to Miss World final, evening wear from Rosie’s Closet, bespoke personal training package from Think Fit, spray tanning from Insanity Tan, a modelling contract from ACA Models, beauty treatments from Bronze Tanning & Beauty, a Fiat 500 car from Donnelly Group for the year and as well as a huge makeup package from Paddy McGurgans Makeup Pro Stores.
Tonight’s local heat kicks off at 8pm in Granny Annie’s in Enniskillen.
