The judges are looking for customer focused businesses, committed to the highest levels of service to each and every customer.

  • Measurement of Customer service • Customer feedback

 

Growth Through Export Award, sponsored by Cavanagh Kelly Chartered Accountants.

This award offers applicants the opportunity to receive recognition for the growth in their business through export during the last two years. Judges will consider growth in export sales to countries outside Northern Ireland (more credence will be attached to export sales to countries outside GB).

Best Tourism Initiative Award, sponsored by Fermanagh Lakeland Tourism

This award honours the best tourism initiative in Fermanagh which launched within the last 7 years. The initiative will have demonstrated tourism growth, partnership, enhancement of cultural heritage, creativity and innovation.

This award is about customer focus, innovation and business development, not just about size or sales.

This award is for a restaurant that consistently provides a welcoming environment with an excellent menu range and top quality food.

This award honours an individual who has displayed a commitment to Fermanagh over many years. The award takes into consideration personal investment, vision and dedication along with continuing business success.
