Enniskillen’s newest vet’s practice opens this weekend

YOUNG vet, Helen Barrett has fulfilled her ambition of opening her own small animal practice. Cara Vets has been opened since August 2016, but the official opening of Cara Veterinary Clinic will be held at 52 Old Tempo Road, Enniskillen will on Saturday 25 February from 11 am to 4 pm.

Helen qualified as a vet from University College Dublin, and took up a position as a Veterinary Surgeon with Campsie Veterinary Centre in Omagh, where she treated large farm animals and covered the small animal rota as well.
Clients who have already visited Cara Veterinary have commented on the friendliness and welcoming feeling it exudes.

Emma Dunleavy, the practice veterinary nurse, is a graduate of Letterkenny Institute where she also gained an additional qualification in animal behaviour. Helen is a warm and welcoming individual whose mission for the practice is ‘to offer a professional, caring and personalised service in a friendly and welcoming manner, so that your pet lives a long, healthy and happy life’.

Helen named her new practice after her own pet dog, Cara, a Rhodesian ridgeback who has also become an icon for the practice with his photograph featuring in all the practice’s promotional material, on its website and on Facebook.Helen would like to take this opportunity to invite you to the Official Opening of Cara Veterinary Clinic with the ‘cutting of the ribbon’ taking place at 1pm. Guests will have the opportunity to see around the entire practice, to view the excellent facilities, luxurious surroundings and state of the art equipment.

There will be hands-on stations to give an insight into the routine workings of the practice, a selection of pets to see, a pet photo booth, ‘Party Bees’ will be present to create animal balloons and face painting. Refreshments will be served including a celebratory cake with competitions with lots of prizes and freebies galore! So come along to Cara Veterinary Clinic’s Official Opening on Saturday 25 February 2017 from 11 am to 4 pm. Everyone Welcome!
