Teleperformance, a leading outsourced customer service management company, is creating a centre in Enniskillen with 800 new jobs and securing 200 existing jobs.
The jobs will be created over a number of years and will generate £12 million in salaries for the local economy. It is thought the jobs will have an average salary of £14,700.
Teleperformance currently have two centres in Bangor and Newry.
Making the announcement today, Finance Minister Arlene Foster said, “The job opportunities created will not only benefit people in Enniskillen but also those in the surrounding areas. There will be a wide variety of roles appealing to those looking to develop their career, and those looking to return to work.
“There will also be opportunities for young people, who will benefit greatly from training and skills development as they begin their working career.”
In take for jobs expected to begin early next year and continue until 2018.
