Feast of music for Enniskillen charity in Blakes tonight

BLAKES OF the Hollow in Enniskillen are preparing for a feast of music tonight (Friday) in aid of the Aisling Centre in Enniskillen.

The ‘Summer Live Lounge’ takes place on Friday and brings together some of the county’s top acts under one roof.

Included on the bill are Atticus Finch, The Hand me Downs, Midnight Graffiti, Judas and The Engagements.

Prior to the evening, earlier in the day, musicians will perform through Enniskillen from 1pm – 3pm. And, outside the bar, from 6pm, Karl Ledwith and Niall Carberry will perform outside the bar to officially kick-off proceedings.

The chosen charirty, The Aisling Centre, offers a professional counselling service supports local people in our community to help deal with depression, suicidal thoughts and bereavement in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space.

The main event takes place that evening in the Atrium Bar at Blakes of the Hollow in Enniskillen.

All the bands are local and are experienced in putting on great shows and regularly play in venues across the county: “To have them all together on one night will be a night not to be missed,” explained manager Mark Edwards.

There’s a £5 cover charge on the night, with all proceeds going to The Aisling Centre.
