The Westville hotel is a 28-bedroom boutique-style hotel offering 4 star accommodation, bar, restaurant and two function suites and live entertainment. 12 luxury service managed self-catering apartments have also been recently added.
The business aims to add a second phase of luxury apartments, re-launch the Terrace Restaurant, install a cocktail bar and is planning 5th birthday celebrations.
The hotel has experienced notable growth with higher occupancy and the doubling of wedding bookings in two years, as well as the new apartments which have created extra jobs and are fully let.
The hotel has forged links with Fermanagh Lakeland Tourism, NITB and booking agencies as well as links through social media and trip advisor.
New to the hotel, is the introduction of iPads for food orders, a new booking system and new websites/databases to accommodate the new apartments.

The Enniskillen Hotel is a newly refurbished boutique, 4 star hotel, based on the Irvinestown Road, that re-opened in December 2012.
The hotel has excelled in its ability to appeal to a wider market and is gathering momentum alongside the growth of Fermanagh’s profile and its capability to capitalise on increased market awareness and willingness to travel to the region.
The hotel has witnessed unprecedented growth over the past nine months and is on target to achieve 85% occupancy.
The hotel recently partnered with the Happy Days Beckett Festival as a venue and accommodation provider for key visitors and Alternative Heat, a biomass boiler provider aiming to keep energy bills down. The hotel uses a number of energy efficient devices throughout to reduce energy output and carbon footprint.
The Belmore Court
The Belmore Court and Motel offers two distinctive choices of places to stay while in Enniskillen. Rooms offer new levels of luxury, space and style and there are three purpose built conference rooms for meetings and exhibitions up to 40 people.
The business has seen growth from the Republic of Ireland leisure market, which resulted due to advertising in the southern media and facebook campaigns. Republic of Ireland visitors have risen from between 5-8% to 18%.
The Belmore Court is working directly with three local restaurants offering dinner options, while a number of businesses offer hotel customers discount in return for promotion.
The marketing team continue to work extensively on their marketing campaigns which includes the use of social media, with the aim of increasing occupancy to 100% over next two years.
