Kelly is further accused of two counts of possessing a fraudulent passport and two counts of obstructing police.
The pair was arrested and charged on 4 February in Enniskillen.

A detective constable told the court he believed he could connect both men to their respective charges.

Applications for bail were indicated by District Judge Bernie Kelly said she would not consider any release with addresses outside the jurisdiction.

A defence solicitor said he is confident addresses in Northern Ireland will be made available for the court’s approval, although both the police and prosecution stated they will be objecting.

Gill and Kelly were remanded in custody to appear at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on  February 11, when the bail applications are expected to be made.
