Hotel staff jobs are safe for now

ONE of Fermanagh’s best-known family hotels, the Hotel Carlton, Belleek has gone in to administration.

However, the joint administrators said this week they were happy that the hotel should trade as normal, that its 20-strong management and staff had been retained, and that the hotel would be sold as a going concern.

Cavanagh Kelly, the chartered accountancy and insolvency firm, have been appointed Administrators’ of Carlton Hotel Belleek Limited, a prominent hotel in Fermanagh.
Carlton Hotel Belleek Limited purchased the Carlton Hotel in Belleek in July 2006 and employed more than 20 staff.

The current management and staff have been retained to run the business.
