Hooley on the Hill

What a weekend’s fun, craic and footballing excellence Aghadrumsee St Macartans GAC are providing this weekend.

Between pints, points and music there is something for everyone at the ‘Hooley on the Hill’. A huge marquee is being set up on the club grounds that are situated on the Roslea to Donagh road. The new pitch at the grounds will be officially opened on Sunday at 11:30 with underage games and a mini disco for the kids to follow.

The pitch will be the second playing pitch at the club and it was partially funded by Sport NI. Aghadrumsee may be a small club but it has always been renowned for its fantastic playing surfaces and now they have two to boast of.

The club grounds has been used as a venue for colleges for training for the county team. A hard working committee ensure that the club continues to defy its size and they have been hard at work to provide a brilliant weekend’s entertainment for ‘The Hooley at the Hill.’
